How Much Does It Cost?
As you're about to find out, my fees vary because in the real world, your needs vary and we custom build your coaching program.
First, we'll do your $45 non-refundable, 15 minute pre-assessment call. I'll send you a PayPal invoice after you submit your request below. This first call is for you and me to get to know each other, answer questions, and prep for your Initial Assessment Session (IAS).
Why does all my coaching require an Initial Assessment Session (IAS)? Would you trust anyone who says they will coach you without doing a comprehensive initial assessment on you? Of course not! That would be like asking a doctor to operate on you without telling her why! Your IAS will include IAS emails and an IAS phone session.
An IAS requires a pre-pay of $315, however, because Life Trekking CoachingTM is about taking action as a team, I so much wish to encourage you to gift youself at least 3 months of coaching with me, that when you commit to 3 or more months of coaching or to 6 or more hourly sessions, your entire $315 fee is 100% waived!
We design a program just for you! During your IAS, you'll be able to select options especially for your program, including if you'd like to be coached at an hourly rate, or if you'd like to save and choose to be coached weekly or monthly. Fees depend on the program we design for you to meet your needs.
A typical fee scale is from $550/month to $2500+/month.

Coaching may include emails, faxes, multimedia, hands-on/interactive activities, phone calls, and may include special surprises for you--depending on your program design. We strive to design programs to be comfortable, appropriately challenging and feel naturally good for you.
I don't coach just anyone. But you're not just anyone! My guess, since you're reading this, is that you probably do have the LT- FactorTM.
Got "LT- FactorTM?" LT = Life TrekkingTM. An important part of the LT-FactorTM is if you have the desire to make change. The other LT-FactorTM aspects are mainly intuitive components (i.e. how we click). I'll have a good idea about your LT-FactorTM potential when you complete this first process and we set up our first coaching session together!
It's nothing personal, I'm simply not able to coach/teach those without the LT-FactorTM because they aren't ready for this type of coaching, or their needs are not inline with my training. I do retain the right to not take a client on and to give no explanation why. I will usually offer to make a referral. Also, I do not coach persons who are mentally ill or needing therapy. Coaching is not therapy, you need to see your healthcare practitioner. I do limit the number of 1-on-1 clients in my practice so I can give each client the high level of coaching I think they deserve (I like to treat clients like royalty; daughters of a Heavenly Parent.)!
